Trouble with my Stealth Rocker Skarmory.

Just thought I'd squeeze this in, as I can't find any good places to post this, but i just caught a lv 56 Skarmory at Stark mountain, I taught it afew TM's, but Now I'm Starting To Regret My Coices. can anyone help sort out Skarm's Moveset?

Skarmory-No current Item (Open to suggestions)
Brave Nature
Sturdy ability
Flash cannon
Stealth rock
Roost
Drill Peck

This Skarmory should be Impish with these EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 140 Def / 20 Spe.

Why Flash Cannon? You do realize it's a Special move, right? Skarmory's Special Attack is really bad. Replace that with Whirlwind for phazing.
