Trying to determine what these cards are...

My son and I play and after he got his first sets of cards started buying from garage sales, flea markets and ebay, in bulk. So We've collected an assortment of cards in Italian, German & Japanese (Pocket Monster backs). But we also found six of these gold border backed cards that I'm not sure what they are.

Can anyone identify these for me?

That's the "new" back for the cards. I say "new" in quotes because they've used that back for yeeeears. It was supposed to be universal, but for some reason none of the translating companies changed it.
