Trying to get a Shiny Umbreon

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, first of all. I didn't see anywhere else where it would fit. What would I end up having to trade to get a shiny Umbreon or Eevee? An event pokémon or a shiny? Please let me know what you think, and if you happen to have one, let me know what you'd be willing to trade it for.

If you have D/P/Pt, you could always try chaining in the Trophy Garden behind Backlot's mansion. It's a bit of a pain though... I was trying to chain a shiny Porygon in Diamond before Platinum came out.

Here's a guide to chaining... it's good, though I've never personally got one due to it, it works wonders.
