Tsutarja and Team Rocket

I'm pretty sure this hasn't been brought up yet, but does anyone else think that Team Rocket might be getting Tsutarja?
James seems to get grass type Pokemon like Victreebel, Cacnea, and Carnivine; Jessie gets snake like Pokemon like Arbok and Seviper.
Iunno, I was just thinking that a Grass Snake Pokemon would be perfect for them once Ash and co travel to Isshu.

I'm only going say one last time they would never demean a starter by having it be blasted off with TR. Even being forgotten in Brock's roster is better than that.

We could always see the hypothetical Tsutarja be a success in contests or other activities.

They shouldn't give TR a starter. It's pretty much bad promoting to give it to the bad guys.

Sigh. I have to admit. I furiously want Musashi to get Tsutarja, especially if it does evolve into a badass snake. That would be just so... awesome. And Tsutarja would rock in the new contest equivalent (or contests themselves), and that would make up for the weekly failing of the Rocket-dan.

Rocket-dan with a starter would be radical. And awesome.

I don't see how it would demean the starter besides the blast-offs, and the defeats, and losses...okay I get it.

I'd like to see this happen for once. But the only way it'll have a chance of happening is if Tsutaaja evolves into a snake. Why? Because Jessie is always in the position of getting the new snake Pokemon each gen.

Other than that, no, I can't see it happening.
