Tweaking glitch-help!

Before anyone tells me that Bulbapedia tells you how to do the Tweaking glitch and posts bulbapedia's way on doing the tweaking glitch , I tried Bulbapedia's way but it didn't work. Now we got that out of the way, here's my question:

HOW DO YOU DO THE TWEAKING GLITCH?

I really want to try this glitch since it doesn't stuff up the game. Don't post how to get Shaymin or Darkrai via Tweaking Glitch because i like legit legendaries.

This might be in the wrong Forum so tell me if it is.

It is, should go in Pokemon Video Games, but a mod has to move it.

I heard that you have to get on the bike in Jubilife City and go left and right rapidly while holding up. I never did it myself so hope that helps.

What does this glitch do?

It allows you to enter a 'dark void', which can be used to access Newmoon Island and Flower Paradise. It allows you to capture Darkrai and Shaymin in Diamond and Pearl, but you can't use it to get Darkrai/Shaymin in Platinum, as they won't appear unless you recieve the Member's Card/Oak's Letter from the delivery guy.

So it's only worth doing in D/P, TBH.


EDIT: Before anyone asks, you can't use the glitch to access the Hall of Origin to capture Arceus.

To have some fun messing with the game. I've tried this glitch out once, and seeing the trainers' shadows but not the trainers is kinda funny.

apparantly jubilife is the best place to tweak.

But not the only.

Me and my friend had a long tweaking session when he visited this past summer, and really you just need to mash, obviously. I hold down down and press left then right quickly, all with one thumb. Works alot, it seems.

Don't even bother currently, as we haven't solved this yet.

Well, there is also the cloning cheat if anyone's interested. Doesn't involve an AR and doesn't mess up your game.
