What Pokemon do you think should have and/or will have type changes? (If there are any like in Gen II)Ex. Gyrados- Water/Dragon PLEASE Pinsir(or evolution if one is made)Bug/Steel Ursaring Normal/Dark

there won't be any type changes. People always have to say gyarados needs to be dragon/water. There is a legend that they based gyarados off of and it says nothing about a dragon. Ursaring would rather be normal/fighting as there is nothing dark about it except a few moves it learns. Pinsir would probably get a bug/steel evo but he wont be /steel.

Ok fair enough but what about Marowak! WHY IS IT GROUND!! Nothing about it is ground, it should definately be Rock.

Ursaring is not Dark. It's Normal.

And I don't see any problems with other Pokémon's typing. Types will only change if they introduce a new type, which is extremely unlikely if you ask me.

Once again fair enough. You are right. But my forum was about any Pokemon you would like to have a different type, and a sub question was to change them.

The time for changing a pokemon's type has passed. That was in GenII, however I feel they skipped over Blastoise for water/steel. Still, I'd rather not see it changed at this point.

don't just comment "no I think not"
I think torchic should be fire and flying

Charizard into Fire/Dragon. Anyone?!?!?!

Just because it has wings and breathes fire doesn't make it a dragon. Dragons are rare, mythical, and powerful. Usually legendary. They shouldn't be handed to any ignorant 10 year old that wants to go on a Pokemon journey.

No, keep it as is, Fire/Flying.

Okay but can you give any reason as to WHY they should be changed because I have yet to see some good reasons. You have to take into account the balance of the games, the moves, location, rarity, etc. So far I've hear nothing like that so why should I give any reason other than it's been over ten years get over it

For something more contemporary...I'd like to see Luxray made into an Electric/Dark type. Dark isn't really a make-or-break type early in the game (heck, in Hoenn, you could catch Poochyena on the beginning routes, and that was a region with a Psychic gym), and it's a reasonable opinion based on it's looks and some of it's movepool.

Dragon comes from the fact that garaydos looks is based of chinese dragons, but it should always stay Water/Flying.

Why? Its based of a chick and last time I checked, chicks can't fly. Also chickens can't fly well either, so it makes better sense its part fighting.

One thing I never got though, why is doduo/dodrio part flying? I know its based of a bird, but hello...forget emus, kiwis etc... they can't fly. How does doduo/drio fly? Flap its legs? (lol that sounds funny thinking about it)

I have a Luxray that I made sure got Crunch, so I wouldn't mind if it got STAB for it...

there have never been type changes and there never will be. I just do not see why they would. Now, if a new type is added, then they could add types, but none will change.

i think that every Normal/flying pokemon should be changed to pure flying

does the normal add anything? well? does it!

infact, what's normal about a thing that can fly, in my oppinion, a normal pokemon should have no other types, because as soon as you get phycic abbilitys (Giragarig) or the ability to fly (everything) or learn to swim (Bibarell) You cease to be normal

They can jump very high and appear to be flying as they can float a bit afterwards(anime). Remember the flying type reasoning is that if it is flying, rocks/electricity/ice blasts will bring it down. It should be called the aerial type. Does drifblim fly? No, he floats.
