Which ones do you hate? As for me, its Rock/Ground, Bug/Flying, Grass/Poison(tho I wouldn't refrain from using a Venusaur).

Competitively, Rock/Steel sucks. The combo has a double weakness to Ground and Fighting; two very common attack types on Wi-Fi. (Earthquake and Close Combat will decimate Aggron, despite its sky-high Defense.)

I'm not certain any type matchups suck persay. All of them gan be advantageous to a degree. I suppose fire/rock and fire/ground are pretty bad, since water dominates.

Oh, yeah, Fire/Rock is the pits. Ground and Water will destroy this combo. (Yes, Magcargo, I'm lookin' at you.)

Grass/Poison(tho I wouldn't refrain from using a Venusaur).

Grass/Poison has actually been getting better over time. I remember in the old days when the Poison typing was nothing more than a liability, now it allows the user to absorb Toxic Spikes and adds a nice resist to Fighting attacks. Now with Psychic being far less common than it once was, Grass/Poison types are perfectly useable.

Rock/Steel sucks

This.

fire/rock and fire/ground are pretty bad

I'd say Fire/Ground is off the hook because you get a nice immunity to Electric, and neutrality to rock. Also it's a cool offensive typing. Fire/Rock is awful, though.

Grass/Ground and Dragon/Flying Pokemon go down with a single ice-type move.

Just because a type has a W4 doesn't mean it's going to be bad overall. Dragon/Flying has numerous great resists and immunity to ground. Grass/Ground isn't quite as good, but overall it's relatively solid.

A lot of things with 'Rock' in them are the worst because Rock is a very poor type. Rock attacks are very useful, but to be an actual Rock type is no picnic. 5 Common weaknesses and only a few resists make it hard to combine with other types advantageously.

One way to greatly improve a lot of Rock types would be to make Rock resist itself. Also, the other big physical types (Fighting and Ground) both resist Rock and hit it super effectively. If that trio was more like a Grass/Fire/Water triangle, Rock types would also be stronger. Not saying either of those is a good idea for the game, though as I wouldn't want to overpower things like Tyranitar.

Normal/Flying does it for me. I just hate it. I just wish that they would make one flying only type.

This is exactly what I was about to say. Binding Normal as a default type with Flying is not necessary at all. (No Roost crap, please, it has been already proven that's not the case.)

Yes, Fire/Flying suffers from Stealth Rock. So does Ice/Flying, which is worse than Fire/Flying, for Stealth Rock and weakness to Electric, Fire, Rock, and Steel.

I can't say Bug/Flying is one of the worst, though, despite Stealth Rock. In the metagame, a double resistence to Fighting can be valuable.

Grass/Ice or Grass/Psychic (though the latter has acceptable resistances too)

My poor Abomasnow D:

-Rock/Ground
-Fire/Rock
-Rock/Steel
-Water/Ice (I'm surprised no one said this)
-Water/Rock (same as above)
