Ok, basically, if you're a giant monster fan, this is for you. Ultra Galaxy is a video game series in Japan, eventually made into a series. It is part of the Ultraman series but you don't actuelly need to have much knowledge of Ultraman to be able to understand it. I'll explain what you need to know after the plot, but basically, if you ever wanted to control a giant monster, this is for you.
Plot: In this universe, Ultraman is just a TV show, he and his monster apparently do not exist...or do they? One day, you wake up to find a strange girl in white standing in your room, she hands you a retanglar device with three screens implanted in its surface. "This is a Battlenizer, one of the most powerful devices in the universe. With it, three giant monsters are yours to master." she says. "You only have one to begin with, but you may capture the other two. Soon, a great evil will besige your planet, awakening an onslaught of creatures you Earthlings believed were only from the TV shows you watch." she said. "And only you, and a select few others, will be able to stop it. I've given some humans Battlenizers as well, but you are not the only race that has them, others will be drawn to Earth, some seeking battle, others to aid your besiged world. Those owning a Battlenizer are called the Reionyx, and only a select few in each race can control this kind of power, you are one." she said. "The battle for the fate of mankind is about to begin, and you must take to the front line, good luck." she said, and vanished into a flash of light.
The battle for Earth has just began, which side are you on?
Explaination:
Ok, I was really debating if I should make this or not, but considering its not the strangest thing that's ever happened, that shouldn't be a problem. A Battlenizer looks like this:
and lets people have up to three monsters contained, each Battlenizer comes with one preinstalled, the other two must be captured. All Battlenizer monsters are more powerful than their wild counterparts, as they gain new abilities from the Battlenizer. If a Reionyx (monster tamer, anyone that has a Battlenizer) gains enough experience, then their Battlenizer 'evolves' into a Neo Battlenizer:
, which makes all their monsters stronger than before. I will decide if someone has earned a Neo Battlenizer. To summon a monster, your character simply trusts out their Battlenizer and calls its name. To capture a monster, it must be weakened first, I'll do a totoral later. One last thing, in the advent two Reionyx fight their monster against one another, the Reionyx feel their monster's pain. Depending on how strong they are, the strain of their monster being killed may even kill them. That' about it, moving on:

You may make monster but I'd prefer using an existing one, this site is a good choice if you're not familure with Ultra Monsters: http://godzilla_2000.webs.com/monsterbios.htm .
Some monsters are limited, mainly, anything with the word Seijin in its name is banned, as they're not monsters, they're aliens. Others are banned because they're too powerful to be a normal character and may be a 'boss'. NEW If its smaller than 50 feet and does not have the power to change size, its banned from being a partner monster.
If it has the word 'Seijin' in its name, then you may have a Reionyx of that species.
If a 'wild' monster appears, I will ask if anyone wants to capture it, if so, it becomes unkillable, it can only be knocked out so the one who calls it may capture it.
You can not capture another Reionyx's monster, they may, however, give one of their monsters to another Reionyx.
ONLY CREATED AND ULTRA MONSTERS ALLOWED, NO GODZILLA MONSTERS!

Personality: Honorable, a real flirt with men though, she has a rule against killing sentients unless she has no choice, loves a challenge, if she wins a fight, instead of killing the enemy, she merely takes something from them as a trophey.

Monster Finisher: Toxic Flare: Birdon surges his venom into his flames, turning them dark purple and intensely hot, making chemical burns as well as real ones.
Name: "The Girl" (has a real name, but its unknown at the moment, so everyone just calls her that)
Age: Unknown but appears about 12.
Species: Unknown, but appears to be a human but her powers are not.
Gender: Female
Personality: Mysterious, kind, emotionless mostly, has a need to help those in need.
Alignment: Good
Powers:
Teleportation, can apparently make Battlenizers, can freeze time around one person so she may speak to them alone, telepathy, telekinsis.
