In past generations, when you go to the Move Relearner, you can only relearn Moves that that Pokemon learns by leveling up, up to its current level. It basically just presents you with a list of the mons learned Moves based on its species and level -- it doesn't actually remember your individual, unique mon's personal Move history.
Well, I got to Dendemille Town for the first time about two weeks ago, leading up to the Fairy Face-Off, and I took my Sylveon to the Madame Move or whatever her name is, and she was able to re-teach my Sylveon Wish, which is not only a breeding-only move for Sylvs, but chain breeding no less.
This is pretty awesome! It makes breeding competitive mons so much easier -- once you breed it, just stick it in daycare, go to Lumiose Tower, whip out your bike, get yourself riding infinitely around the tower by taping down your control stick or whatever, and just let your DS sit for a hour or so, until your daycare mon levels up to the highest level you need it to be. Then, take it out, head to the Move Reminder and re-learn any Egg Moves that might've gotten overwritten in Daycare!
That was so frustrating in past generations, having to level up mons by hand if they knew Egg Moves, so the Egg Moves wouldn't get overwritten. Now, you don't have to worry about it! You can Relearn them ^_^
