Unable to access Bulbanews from Google Chrome

o_O odd I was able to access it just fine.

I'm using GC version 5.0 if that makes any difference.

That's exactly the same as what I reported in one of my very first posts to BMGf. Only that it was for a different browser, and for Bulbapedia instead of Bulbanews. I believe this was the ultimate answer:

The strange thing is that it's ONLY BN. Archives, BP, and BMGf.
 
I have my suspicions this may be due to the version of MediaWiki Bulbapedia uses not being compatible with Bulbanews. By the way, I'm able to access it fine. A screendump would be recommended.
 
I used to get 406s all the time on BP on Safari. Maybe it's the same problem.

While I'm using Firefox myself, I think it's very ignorant for the administration staff to ignore error messages like this and force users to use a certain browser. The wikis should be accessible with all browsers.

I dunno what the problem is, but be assured, we're gonna do something about it.
 
I can access Bulbanews just fine on Chrome. Maybe it's because you're using a developer version. You should know of the consequences of using such an unstable version, so it might be better to wait for Google to release a stable version that will likely fix the bugs you seem to be experiencing.

No, it's happened with other builds, too. Not just dev. Some are fine, though.

He was being sarcastic. But the current public release builds of IE, Chrome, and Firefox work on all Bulbagarden-associated websites. Safari and Opera (and others) should work, but that's less of a guarantee.
 
I test. They work. IE8/9, Firefox (all), Chrome (most), Safari (all), Opera (all), and more.
