Unfitting cries?

Try to stay away from pre-Gen III Pokemon, as many of them had nearly identical cries.
For instance, I thought Poochyena would have a cry that sounded like a dog, but instead it sounds like a pig. And I don't see why Palkia's cry sounds like an old man with a sore throat being tortured. =/

Porygon2's cry is a little unfitting. It doesn't sound like a noise a computer program would make.

Dude, Palkia's cry is a loud roar echoing in the vast emptiness of space. D8 That's scary.

One that don't make sense to me is Jirachi. D: It should be cuter, not "GREYOO GREYOO".

I find Samurott's cry unfitting as I think it sounds like a old car being started up and it sounds nothing like Dewott's/Oshawott's cry.

Not when it sounds like it has a sore throat. D8

I'm going with Amoongus. It's really high even though it looks really macho.

Oh and Zebstrika, I thought this would sound... better..

Hihidaruma/Dharmanitan's cry sounds weird, I sort of expected a gorilla-like bellowing when I first saw it.

Oh boy, where to start....

Dialga comes to mind first off... legendary Pokemon shouldn't squeak! Yanmega's cry doesn't appeal to me as much as Yanma's cry does. That could be said for any Gen. IV evolution of a Gen. I-III Pokemon (for me, anyway).

Zebstrika sort of sounds like a drill or something rather than an electric zebra.

Servine sounds like it's saying "ewwww".

Swoobat sounds really.. odd.

Seismitoad... Wat?

Gothitelle's cry sound like... I don't know, the sound when there's a dramatic scene in a movie :p

Amoonguss sounds like a cat that just got kicked in the nuts.

Stunfisk sounds like someone farted. Surprisingly fitting.

I find Gothitelle's cry sounds like it's ringing bells, but it isn't, a sound that would of suit it would sort of sound like a gardevior.
I find Zoroark's cry a bit odd too, it's a fox-like pokemon, but it doesn't really sound like it.

Dialga. All the "Big Time Controling Dinosaur" awesomeness perishes as soon as the damn thing opens it's mouth.

Palpitoad

Oh and how could I forgot-Cobalion. I was catching it at around 2 AM with headphones on. I expected some cool, deep cry. I came to it, pressed A and almost died out of fear. It sounded like Windows had an epileptic attack right inside my head.

Venipede and Scolipede's cries don't really fit. I can understand Whilipede's cry being the screeching sound of a rolling rough shell, but the other two sound like demented buzzsaws 0_0

Alfred Hitchcock. Psycho. Shower-scene.
Reminds me of it every time.

Nobody's mentioned Serperior yet? The thing sounds like a cat that got run down or something...

Seriously, when I see a giant regal snake, I expect to hear a low, growling noise, not "GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Dialga's cry. Seriously, wtf is that?

I thought Dialga's cry was beautiful, it's what made me like it.

Hm... only one I can think of was Taurou's cry in Generation I, it sounded too alike to a certain reptilian/dinosaur-like Pokemon. Can't remember who though.

It must have been around 3am, I was half asleep while finishing off the last trainer before bed.
Trainer is about to use Seismitoad!
Me:Oh cool I haven't fought one of those ye-
Seismitoad: MOOOOO!
Me: ಠ_ಠ
