Welcome to Unovia's Hisui Legends Arceus Playthrough
(Special thanks to my Team):
@Greninjaman , @Nicolas721 , @Funnylion , @Die-Hard Dragon Devotee, & @lumineonite

I got Legends Arceus for Christmas, so I decided, with the conclusion of my Paldea run (see below):

I would take on Legends Arceus! This will be a standard playthrough (since it is the first time I have played the game), but in typical fashion for me, this playthrough will have Seasons attached to it.

Seasons:
1. Obsidian Fieldlands
2. Crimson Mirelands
3. Cobalt Coastlands
4. Coronet Highlands
5. Alabaster Icelands
6. Post Game, or "Search For The Plates"

Can we beat Hisui, this unknown land we have found ourselves sent to? Watch and see!

Dear Diary,
One moment I had captured Pecharunt and was celebrating with my Pokemon Team. The next, my Team was gone and I was spiraling through a void of nothingness.

Into that void I encountered a blinding light. The voice of the Pokemon God, Arceus, could be heard. Arceus gave me the mission to capture all Pokemon to see him again.

I was then left to fall through the void. My phone was changed into a communication device so I could talk to God.

Waking up on a beach, I was introduced to Professor Laventon, the Regional Professor. We talked a bit, then he asked me to help catch the Pokemon that were running away from him.

In the next Diary Entry, we will do just that. Until the next time, we will see you!

Dear Diary,
So, it turned out that the three Pokemon are the Starters for the Region. These include:
Cyndaquil, which was previously a Johto Pokemon
Rowlet, which was previously an Alola Pokemon
Oshawott, which was previously a Unova Pokemon

The professor also gave me 50 Pokeballs to prove I could capture Pokemon. It took me a while to figure out the menus and the throwing mechanics (I am still struggling a bit to figure it out).

I eventually managed to capture them all, which impressed Laventon. Apparently, Pokeballs of any kind are a new invention. Most people are still afraid of Pokemon.

Having proved myself, I went to their settlement, Jubilife Village. In the next Diary Entry, we will explore the Village. Until the next time, we will see you!

1024px-LA_Jubilife_Village.png
Dear Diary,
I was forced by Laventon to go to the settlement nearby, Jubilife Village. It appears that this will be home base for this adventure. Jubilife Village was only established two years before, yet it already has much to explore.

I was not allowed to explore much. I met Akari, who also works with the Galaxy Team and with Laventon. Laventon preemptively got me to be a part of the Team as well. I also met most of the village, though it was easy to get turned around.

I met Captain Cyllene, who welcomed me (in her serious way) to town. I also met Captain Komado, who said he did not trust me but also wanted me to wrestle him. That was a waste. I also met the guy who runs the restaurant, Beni, who did not want to feed me, though he did.

I explored a bit, then was tasked with picking a Starter. In the next Diary Entry, we will do just that. Until the next time, we will see you!

Dear Diary,
I looked at the three Starters, not sure which one I wanted to pick. Of the three, I like Oshawott the least in general.

That left me with Cyndaquil and Rowlet. I chose Cyndaquil, as I most often choose the Fire Type when I play.

With Cyndaquil now in my Party, I was tasked with taking on the Entry Trial. If I failed here, I would be left in the wild to die. How grim.

As I left to do the trial, I met a character by the name of Volo. In the next Diary Entry, we will discuss what he had to say. Until the next time, we will see you!

Log #H5-Meeting Volo
320px-Legends_Arceus_Volo.png
Dear Diary,
While wandering about, I met Volo, a member of the Ginko Guild. They are the caravan of people who sell goods.

He challenged me to battle. Luckily, my Cyndaquil beat his Togepi (Level 5). He gave me some Potions and healed me up.

By others in the village, i was given other tasks. We will get to those in time. For now, we decided to take on the Entry Trial. In the next Diary Entry, we will do just that. Until the next time, we will see you!

320px-Legends_Arceus_Cyllene.png
Dear Diary,
By Cyllene, we were tasked with the Entry Trial of the Survey Corps. This task was to:
Catch a Bidoof, Starly, and Shinx. Luckily Akari and Laventon were there to guide and support me. The basics were explained to me, though I still struggled a bit with the capturing.

Once I had completed the trial, the people in town wanted to see a Wurmple, a Shinx, and a complete dex entry for Starly. I showed the Shinx, but I had not run into Wurmple yet, so I had to wait.

Akari wanted to show me how to craft, so I set off to do that. In the next Diary Entry, we will talk about Crafting. Until the next time, we will see you!

Log #H7-The Basics of Crafting
1024px-Crafting_Kit_LA.png
Dear Diary,
Akari took me to the Craftworks to show me how to craft. I crafted a ton of Poke Balls. Since I had gotten $3,000 from Cyllene for completing the Trial along with the Recipe for Poke Balls, I decided to do some shopping (after making sure I was in my Galaxy Team outfit and had my Pokedex book, of course).

I got several Revives, a Potion or two, and spent the rest on Poke Balls. My struggles with the catching mechanic indicate I will have to farm for materials occasionally. Most of these items got stored away so I only had 28 Poke Balls with me.

In the next Diary Entry, we will take on Aspiration Hill. Until the next time, we will see you!

Do you have a team planned out or are you just going to add as you go?
I have a Team planned, and I know what it will be, but the viewers will have to watch and wait to see what the final Team will be. Plus, the game is so new to me, so it will take a long while before the Team is captured and placed into its full state. If you want to know what the Team is planned to be, message me directly.

Log #H8-Aspiration Hill
1024px-Aspiration_Hill.png
Dear Diary,
I did a lot on Aspiration Hill and the surrounding area. I captured and trained a few Pokemon here. Akari continued to train me, including on catching a Buizel, which I had accidentally done on the beach near Horseshoe Plains. Floaro Gardens & Horseshoe Plains are not easily separated from Aspiration Hill.

By the time my training regimen was done, most of my Pokedex entries were completed for the ones I could finish. I wish I could have gotten Pichu to appear, but it is a rare spawn, so I could not get it to appear.

Akari gave me a Crafting Kit and the recipe for Potions. Checking in with Laventon allowed me to rise to the 1st Star!

I am now a 1st Star Recruit!

In the next Diary Entry, we will discuss what we got as a result of the rising to 1st Star. Until the next time, we will see you!

320px-Legends_Arceus_Cyllene.png
Dear Diary,
Now that I am a 1st Star Recruit, Cyllene gave me access to the following recipes:
Heavy Ball
Revive

Having completed that, I wrapped up a few tasks, but then Akari was looking to battle me to train. In the next Diary Entry we will do just that Until the next time, we will see you!

Log #H10-Training With Akari
800px-Legends_Arceus_Akari.png
Dear Diary,
Before I trained with Akari, I reduced my Team down to:
Bidoof
Silcoon
Cascoon

This meant that I needed to do well in this fight and try to win easily. Turns out, Akari had a Pikachu that would not listen to her. Does she even have a Star to her name?

Regardless, I went to train with her. The battle was not that bad. Her Pikachu (Level 9) went up against my Level 9 Bidoof. Even though Bidoof was paralyzed, a couple Roll Out attacks, and the battle was over.

As a result of doing this fight, now I could sleep for different periods of time. Taking advantage of this, I went to capture a Drifloon at night then trained it up.

I then started experimenting with Wurmple. In the next Diary Entry, we will discuss the experiments. Until the next time, we will see you!

Log #H11-Beautifly & Dustox
0265Wurmple.png
Dear Diary,
Wurmple is an interesting Pokemon. One of the Tasks was to give a Wurmple to one of the guards. I still had a few, so I decided to evolve them.

Wurmple's evolution is tricky. It can either evolve into a Silcoon, which eventually becomes a Beautifly, or it evolves into Cascoon, which becomes a Dustox.

Turns out, all but one of my caught Wurmples were Cascoons. I did somehow manage to get a Silcoon from one of them. I managed to get Beautifly and Dustox, so I am not worried.

The research and Training helped get me to 2nd Star Rank. As part of 2nd Star, I got the recipes for Feather Balls and Super Potions.

As of this entry, this is my Team, all at Level 10:
Cyndaquil
Starly
Shinx
Drifloon
Buizel

I also have solved the Poke Ball supply problem. Through crafting every apricorn and red tumblestone, I have 129 Poke Balls. I have a lot of Potions, Revives and many other things, so I will be set for quite some time. All but the Poke Balls are in storage. I have decided (for the most part) to battle and capture that way if possible.

In the next Diary Entry, we will more thoroughly explore Floaro Gardens & Horseshoe Plains. Until the next time, we will see you!

Log #H12-Floaro Gardens & Horseshoe Plains
0078Rapidash.png
Dear Diary,
Upon reaching Floaro Gardens and Horseshoe Plains, I decided to go to try to catch a few Pokemon. Those included:
Mime Jr., which I actually got into a battle with, but unfortunately, it was skittish and ran away.

Eevee, which I will need 8 for. One of which is planned for my Team (I want to raise one into a Sylveon). I saw the tail of an Eevee as it ran away. Hopefully I will be able to catch one soon.

Ponyta, which was actually the most common sight of the three. I captured one in battle, having to be careful because of the Alpha Rapidash looking at me. Those red eyes scared me.

I decided to train up some, placing Ponyta into my Team.

Current Team (Level 13):
Cyndaquil
Starly
Shinx
Drifloon
Buizel
Ponyta

I also figured out that I would not be able to do much until I take care of Mai, so I decided to do that. In the next Diary Entry, we will battle Mai and her Munchlax. Until the next time, we will see you!
