This is round 38 of Up vs Down! The theme this time is Team Rocket vs Team Flare!

If you're unfamiliar with the rules of Up vs Down, here they are:

- The game starts at 250.
- Fires of Flare can only count down with the goal of reaching 0.
- Rocket Raisers can only count up with the goal of reaching 500.
- Players can choose to play for either team but you cannot change teams after you have chosen.
- No ping-ponging rule applies, which means you cannot make another post in the thread until at least two other users have made a post since you last posted.

If I recall correctly, returnofMCH said he had a theme prepared that only works with a round number that's dividable by 5, in which case v40 is reserved for him. Also, 253 is correct.
