I can see Elesa keeping both Emolga, and Ash would use Snivy's Attract to tell them apart.

Looks good, but I think the gym leader's Pokemon will probably stick to their teams in the games a bit more. For example, Clay has two Pokemon that he doesn't have in the games in your prediction.

This has been the case with many gym leaders, like Whitney for example.

Clay does have the pre-evolved form of Seismitoad in the games.

As for Elesa... she could use a Stunfisk to replace one of her Emolga. Stunfisk is actually stronger than it looks.

I'm not saying you're wrong. Most of the gym leaders use their in-game team.

This has been the case with many gym leaders, like Whitney for example.

Yeah, but it hasn't really been the case since AG, where the changes have become a lot scarcer (Brawly and Flannery started with their in-game teams but some evolved, Norman had a slakoth, and Juan had Wallace's in-game team, all DP GL kept their game teams)

Elesa's second Emolga might be replaced by a Stunfisk or one of the eels, but Clay's team really doesn't have any reason to be changed around, neither would Skyla, Brycen or Drayden's teams.

As for my prediction for the fourth gym, Oshawott's getting a truck load of screen time for it to not go anywhere. So I see Oshawott/Dewott in the Gym Battle, Snivy is long overdue for one, and since it's an electric gym, I think Pikachu will sadly be used.

I'm guessing Gamagaru will have its time to shine in this gym battle; I'm guessing that's why it was caught to begin with. Since it's got resistance to electric attacks, I can see it holding its own against Emolga and then losing to Zebraika. XD I'd like Satoshi to send out Hatoboh as his second Pokemon and give her some much-needed screentime.

So yeah, my Satoshi vs. Kamitsure lineup will go like this...

Gamagaru vs. Zebraika (Zebraika wins)
Hatoboh vs. Zebraika (Hatoboh almost loses but ends up as the winner)

As for Yacon, I've been thinking a lot and I really want Satoshi to have his Kurumayu evolve into Hahakomori in this battle. My lineup goes like this...

Tsutarja vs. Gamagaru (Tsutarja wins)
Tsutarja vs. Waruvile (Waruvile wins)
Kurumayu vs. Waruvile (Kurumayu comes out victorious and evolves)
Hahakomori vs. Doryuzu (Hahakomori wins)

Fuuro's a little harder to work with, imo. Q_Q

Zuruggu vs. Kokoromori (Zuruggu loses)
Pikachu vs. Kokoromori (Pikachu wins)
Pikachu vs. Kenharou (Kenharou wins)
Hatoboh vs. Kenharou (Hatoboh manages to evolve mid-battle; the two draw)
Mijumaru vs. Swanna (Mijumaru wins)

Hachiku is the easier of the lineups to me. This seems like a good opportunity to have Pokabu evolve, but I think I've been on an evolution in gym battle spree so far and plus I'm guessing Pokabu will evolve before Satoshi hits the seventh gym, anyway.

Not sure on my ideas for the rematch yet. I'll skip to Shaga. XD I'm assuming Satoshi will catch another Pokemon or two by this gym, so this is probably going to come out 100% incorrect, lol. Still fun to speculate~

I can see Mijumaru in Kamitsure's gym. His training and battle with Kenyan's Zebraika make me think that way.
