Updating the Theme Decks

For my initial contributions to the 'Pedia, I've been updating the TCG Theme Decks section. I started by adding a few deck listings that were missing (EX Emerald and the EX Trainer Kit), and I'm currently updating some decks with their physical contents. "Starcharge" is done, and I'll be adding both decks in the EX Trainer Kit, plus the "Hydrobloom," "Jessie," and "James" decks as time goes on. Please take a look and let me know what you think. (Just search "theme deck" and the page will come up.)
