Uploading new cards images.

Hi,
This has most likely been covered before, but I'm new.
I have updated versions of cards, but as I'm not in the "autologin" (?) yet, how do I go about giving them? Also, what are the size and format requirements?

For example, I have a"crosshatched" foil version of Zoroark (90/113 - BW Legendary Treasures) but here in Bulbaland you guys mention the "Cosmos" version, and "non-holo" exclusives. Both of which point to the old Dark Explorers (71/108) version.
