So probably a few months ago, I decided to get a picture for Zero Isle Center, as it currently does not have one. I got a nice picture, and figured out what all I needed to do to properly upload the picture(What tag to add, categories, etc). I tried to upload it and found out I could not because I was not yet auto confirmed. Just a few minutes ago, I happened to check my preferences and found out that I am now auto confirmed. So I immediately got excited and pulled up the text file I had saved with the summary, and dug up the picture again. I put in everything and now it says "You do not have permission to create new pages."
According to the FAQ, I only need to be auto confirmed to upload pictures.. right? Am I missing something?
