Uploading pictures?

I think this goes in a different forum, but I'm not sure. I just joined here ^^;
Anyway. I know you can use the photo albums. Those are always good. And there's a little button on the right of the text entry box that's got My Photos and when you click it it takes you to your albums to add a picture into the post. So my guess is that you'd upload them to your album and then insert them with the My Photos thing.
Then there's always things like Imageshack and Photobucket and you can just upload them there and use the
