We'll be going into more detail on this over the next couple of weeks, but I just want to give everyone some basic information and groundrules now, since things already seem a bit out of hand.
The User Albums here on BMG (you can access a list of all Albums from the link in the navbar) are intended as a replacement for the old Bulbagarden Gallery. As such, images in your User Albums should be Pokémon Images Only. Furthermore, images in your Albums should be fanart images that you yourself have created, and not sourced from any other artist, regardless of if you have got permission to distribute their works or not.
We will not be enforcing these rules strictly until we have got a nice interface set up for it, so it can be a proper replacement for the gallery. We do have other projects we're working on (one of which launches this weekend), and this isn't yet our main priority, though it will be soon. You've probably got a month tops until we start having to really do a cleanout of images that don't belong.
Apologies, but too many people are cross-linking images from the Albums here for us to allow uploads of anything not intended primarily for consumption by the members here. Furthermore, there's a number of copyright issues for us to consider with regards to non-Pokémon images in the albums that we'd really like to not have to deal with if at all possible.
