User Namespace

Is there a guide anywhere to what is allowed with the user namespaces? I'd like to get a clear idea of that before I do anything on mine.

One thing has left me a little confused though. I see a tab under there saying that "FanFiction" is banned... but I'm not entirely sure WHAT that entails, because I've seen things on userspaces that could be considered fanfiction, like for example a biography of the person if they existed as a Pokémon universe character.

Could you clarify a bit more on that bit for me?

Basically, it means all fanon. But I think it only means creating extra pages for fanon; people with fan characters and stuff on their actual userpages (that is, User:Username, not User:Username/Fanon Page) seem to be fine, as long as they abide by the edit guidelines.

thats debatable. fan fiction in general, is: "this is my story of how Lance got together with Misty..."
however, we have deleted pages like: "this is who i would be if Pokemon were real."

Biographies of a character you made up we're a little more lenient on. As long as it's not a mile long page or anything, it's fine. Fanfics are different entirely, however, as other sites don't let you make a character page, and we don't really have a spot for them otherwise, such as the BulbaBlogs here. In addition of course, we'd have our own fanfic service, but it's been kinda... broken.

hmmm, i dont see the problem. that is someones main user page. starts with the usual fanon thing on the right, which is fine, and then explains in game teams; something that pretty much everyone has listed. after that its actual info regarding the user. nothing wrong there.

Apologies for the double post... I just wanted to say that I made the page, using the "Agnessa" page as a heavy reference to avoid making mistakes, and in case I did, I can fix them right away if they are brought to my attention.
