I've noticed these since the day I signed up, but have yet to figure out what they actually are.

So, simply put, what are User notes?
 
Exactly what it says on the tin. You can use them to post notes to yourself.
 
Right.... it had to be something so simple... I guess that idea didn't cross my mind since I've never been the type of person to take notes...
 
Of course, they don't look like they can be edited or deleted so easily, and only the staff can see other's user notes.
 
In all honesty...I don't think ANYONE'S figured out any sort of USE for them. We know what they're for...just not what to do with them. ...If that makes any sense to anyone.

I totally get what you mean. I agree with you on that no one has figured out a use for the user notes. No body really needs them...

It's basically a place where you can store notes and info that you can access again without having to do a search for it I suppose. I agree that practically no one has a use for them since the majority of the members haven't even used any.

Well, yeah, we know what it's for, but it doesn't seem as if anyone's found a useful purpose for it. I swear this makes sense in my head. Though I'm not sure why it does.
 
It just seems to me that users don't care for their own little private posts that only they can see.
