They're definitely not the most useful part of the Bulbapedia, but - all the same, I've gotten bored and have designed a few new user tags for the Bulbapedia user box.

The ones which can be used are found in this cateogry, and I'm working on some ideas for the designs of different game related ones in my sandbox.

So, I was just curious - are there any user tags people would like to see made? I can definitely design more, it's fairly easy. Though I'm not sure if we should really reach the point of wikipedia, where users may have billions of user tags on their page - at the very least, tags should be Pokémon related. But still, having a few to play with would be fun, as I'm sure a number of people would agree.

Is "Genderless" really necessary? This is an encyclopedia, not a place for people to fulfill their fantasies. :\

How about one for BMGf mods, one for 'pedia staff, and one for 'news staff?

I did it mostly as a joke since there are Male, Female, and Genderless Pokémon.

Yeah, I've been thinking about doing those. I'll go make them.

EDIT: Whoa, there's no Bulbagarden logo thing on the archives. There's logos for the 'pedia, 'news, 'cast... few other things, but no bulb logo thing for Bulbagarden as just Bulbagarden.

One interesting one would be for favorite type, or for favorite Pokémon. The Pokémon one would be an easy-implement one, since all you need to do is know the number to put the sprite in there, most often. And you'd really only need to make one, unlike type, where you'd most likely have to make all 17.

Just an idea, though, y'know?

Wow, a lot of user tags have been added lately. People keep feeding me ideas.

I want to take a bit of time to show off the User Loves tag, since I think it could become quite popular. If there's an image and an article, you can declare your love for it.

(Guess what I declared mine for? Hint: It starts with a B, ends with a rock, and if he had an account on Bulbapedia his userpage would use this template for almost every female character. Oh, and I'm not saying who I made that example for, she can tell you herself if she wants. XD)

To use it: {{User Loves|image name|image width|article name|displayed text}}

And the one that sparked the idea: {{User Favorite|Pokédex number|Pokémon name}} Be careful and preview it first, some don't have their sprites uploaded to the right name yet.

More user tags have been added for the heck of it.

I will be sorely disappointed if this tag is not heavily abused by the Team Rocket fans.

[bp=Category:Browser tags]We have tags for the different web browsers now, for those who want to take pride in what they use to contribute...[/bp]

I only did the top four by their market share... I think that's all that'd be needed, as we kinda do only have Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux OS tags...

Shouldn't the IE one have a Slowpoke?

I've got several ideas for those actually, but I'll work on them tomorrow. ^_^

Shouldn't the IE one have a Slowpoke?
I don't think so, that's mild slander against IE and a wiki should be completley unbiast.

I do think the Opera one is a little basic though. Jynx kinda looks like an opera singer IMO.

Yeah, but the Opera logo is an O.

...of course, we didn't use the Leppa berry sprite for Macs, not that it looks that much like an apple, anyway...

Porygon - True, but Opera has nothing to do with the Opera.

Opera has the most options out of any browser, so perhaps Mew, since it learns the most moves?

I know, but that's different- it dosen't make Opera look good or bad. The Mew thing does in a sens and is something you'd needto explain, on top of being debatable.

Edit: Actually..
Yeah, but the Opera logo is an O.
I totally forgot that. Guess the Unown does work.

Yeah, let's stick with Unown. Nobody wants to have to explain stuff. XD

I meant Slowpoke are stupid, and IE is.... stupid.

Windows has had three different incarinations; Anything before XP, XP itself, and Vista. Porygon, Porygon2, Porygon-Z.

Well, it's not fair to treat both the Windows 9x line (which was truly a piece of junk) and the Windows NT line (which gave rise to XP and successors) the same way just because they predate XP.
