A forum member I know got banned recently, and his user title said "Tsuihō-sareta baka". I never knew him to use foreign languages, so I googled it. Page after page from Bulbagarden popped up, and every single person who had that in their user title is banned. Is this something that comes in when you're banned? What does it mean?
 
If I recall correctly, it translates roughly (in Japanese) to Exiled Idiot.
