Userspace Subpages

This is a stupid question but, for those who have subpages on their userspace, how do you do that?
 
On your talk page, where you have your welcome message, it tells you how to make a subpage. Although it says you can make it for a character you make up, it can be used for anything. Check out my subpages as an example.

That's for the library, which comes back later this year... sooner rather than later, actually.
 
I have a user-page related question as well....

How do you put those cool buttons on your userpage?

Example: "This user watches the Pokemon anime", "This user has Yellow version", etc.

How do you add those buttons to your user page? And is there a limit for how many of those you can include? =O
 
For example if you wanted to put the AIM userbox found on "Template:User AIM" on your page you would put {{User AIM}}
