Welcome to the twelfth installment in the Video Games Forum's new weekly series of polls!

Centered around the Pokemon series of video games, these polls will be based on the various different aspects of the popular video game franchise. Every Monday, a Video Games staff member will post a new poll that'll remained stickied up on top of the forum. Suggestions for polls and questions can be sent to Joshawott, and they could possibly used for new polls (credit will be given, of course).

With that out of the way, here is the poll: Do like the Pokémon Dream World? As a follow up to last week's question suggested by user Clowncrete, do you like the Dream World, do you think it could be made better, or do you just not like the idea at all?

It's a nice idea, but I don't like the fact that you can only get one Pokemon a day. So I voted it could be better. Also I dislike how many Pokemon get a useless ability while others get broken ones.

I love the crazy cute games you play to befriend a Pokemon and the music (some of which is a little disturbing lol).

But like a lot of people say there is only 1 hour and 1 day permitted per person, so if it was unlimited it would be much better. I do understand the server would probably overload if that happened though XD

There are a few bugs here and there that could also be cleared up. Apart from that it can be enjoyable in a way ^^

It's okay........ but it gets kind of boring after a while, it needs something more exciting.

In between "Yes!" and "Could be better". I certainly enjoy it, but I don't feel it's being used to it's full potential. How many people here have actually gotten enough stuff to customize their rooms? I wish in the time we had on the DW, we could pack in more stuff so it wouldn't take a month to get a cool table in your DW house.

I don't like it. Its boring. I dislike the childish games. And quite a few pokes have useless abilities(Starmie with Analytic). And I have an alternative i.e I can just trade in the pokes I want, rather than waste an hour everyday.

I don't really like it. There isn't much incentive to doing the Dream World, as it takes ages until anything good comes up, like Poliwag or Vulpix (Drizzle Politoed and Drought Ninetales).

It's a fun expansion of the Pokémon Video Games. I quite like it.

I liked it for about 5 min....until I realized everything in it could be done in older main games.

And the mini games are about as good as a n00by flash game on Newgrounds.

Its ok. I dont like that some pokemon take a huge amount of Dream Points to get. The games are alright, but can be frustrating to play sometimes, and get a high score. Its a nice concept though, but it could definately use improvement. I also dont like that they make it possible to get Unova Pokemon with Dream World abilities, or gave some no DW ability at all.

I do like it, but there's a lot of things they can improve. I don't mind the 1 hour per day limit that much, but only being able to take back one Pokemon is really really annoying. And it does kind of get boring after a while.

I have yet to experience the dream world, nintendo needs to understand not everyone has wi fi :(

I selected "It's okay...could be better." because you have to choose at the end of an area you can only choose one Pokémon you befriended on your journey to put on your friend board. I think it could have been better to have all the Pokémon you befriended stored on your friend board but like the normal current restriction you would still only be allow to take one Pokémon a day and would also be like the Pal Park restriction in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum where you can keep the Pokémon you have in generation III but you could only transfer 6 Pokémon a day.

I chose the middle option. Even though I don't use it often, the 24-hour recharge time annoys me whenever I do, and I find the website in general to be a little awkward, and slow, especially, even though every other webpage runs quickly for me. The tutorial for the Dream World features isn't exactly the best it could be, either - I remember being very confused at first, not knowing what to do.

Well, I have been using it for months, and I like what I'm seeing. It's a nice way to spend the time without looking at a DS... And it's also one of the ways that I'm getting my stock of Berries.

I said no. Most people use broken ones like Drizzle Politoed or Drought Ninetales. They both are broken while many others are useless.

I really only go to get berries and try to find a Pokémon I don't already have, which is getting difficult seeing as I don't seem to get sent anywhere but the Sparkling Sea anymore. The minigames, while fun at first, could stand to be improved - it gets really tedious having to play hide-and-seek and that sky race game, the candle blowing game is getting boring on the off-chance I get sent to the manor, and I hate having to waste a berry on that stupid ice cream scoop game. I rather like the Wailord game, but one out of five does not make for an enjoyable time. More minigames would be spectacular.

And some of the DW abilities rather suck. Plus on Mareep? Yeah, no.

On the flip side, some abilities are pretty good, so it depends, I guess.

It's okay...could be better.

It can be a fun way to spend an hour, but there should be more to do. Whilst the mini-games are alright at first, playing them over and over to obtain new Pokemon gets repetitive. (I love the new Candle Blowing game, though. I wish I could play that against other people) The lure of great DW abilities and berry growing keeps me coming back. It was thrilling when I found something good, like a female Slowpoke and Dratini.

It's ok. But it would be improved if it had 1-on-1 battles with other players there.
