The 2026 Pokémon Brisbane Regional Championships were won by Kaito Arii, a trainer known for their victory at the 2023 Japan Nationals and Top 16 finish at the 2023 World Championships.
This tournament was the final event in Oceania to use the Regulation Set H ruleset, banning the use of all Paradox, Legendary, and Restricted Special Pokémon. The 2026 Championship Series concludes with the 2026 Pokémon World Championships, scheduled to take place in San Francisco, California, from 28-30 August 2026, with the Video Game Championships (VGC) using a currently unknown format featuring Mega-Evolved Pokémon in the upcoming Pokémon Champions title.
