The C-Gear skin featuring Victini is currently available worldwide. The promotion runs from Nov. 4, 2011 to Jan. 12, 2012.

I thought nothing would top the coolness of the Zoroark skin, but this one definatly looks really good...and sparkly /)@ɛ@(\
I'm going to have such a hard time picking which skin i'll want to keep forever when they eventually take the Dream World down :'(

In the history of the articles a comment of one of the revisions says "who said it was au only? D:", I said it because at the time I only saw that it is available in Australia but now on the same site it says that it is available in America as well. I've logged into my Global Link account and there isn't an article for it so can't download it and I'm in the UK so now I think it is currently only available in Australia and America or worldwide apart from in Europe and obviously Japan. Should it be edited to say that its not available in Europe?
 
Even though i liked it, i was thinking it was too sparkly, however, when i actually saw it in game, ot wasn't, and i'm glad for that.
