Video Making Software

Well, I'm hopefully going to make a Video Series about a comic I write in the real world, and I need a software to create videos on.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE
Preferably Online
A classic, frame by frame animation maker
Able to upload videos directly to Youtube
Preferabley Able to add Sound/Music
Free

If anyone has a recomendation for a sowftware like that, I'd be much obliged.

@Ampiomodio ; I never used it myself, but I've seen people make stuff with Flipnote. I think it has all your prerequisites.

This is the first video I saw use this software, but there have been much more complex animations:
