It is a discolored Meowth with a sniper rifle. I don't know what he is going to kill. It was drawn completely freehand with the mspaint. I spend a long time drawing this especially for the redwood type finish on the rifle so can you people rate it please!?!?!??!?!?!?!!??!1/1/1/1/1//1/1/1/1//

Wow, that is amazing for being freehand. I really like the precise shaping of the sniper rifle and its coloring. Nice Job!
 
You did THAT in PAINT?!?!??! Gah! Now I can't blame the horribleness of my pictures on the fact that all I have is paint!
