VM trouble

I've recently received two VMs, and am unable to respond due to my VMs being closed. I can't open them. Every profile I visit has it this way. Is anyone else having this problem and how do I fix it?

Is the box checked next to "Enable Visitor Messaging"?

Yeah, if you can't reply to their VMs, then either you're not their friend or they don't have VMs enabled, in which case you'll have to reply via PM.

I couldn't see any VMs, including my own. But never mind, the glitch stopped. That was strange.

Edit: It's now happening on and off.
