Jesus such a beautiful song, Volt's best version imo. So, what does everyone think? A very very good sung when sung by her. Angelic voice is beautiful. They even seem to give the song a more techno and smooth sound.

Mmm this may be flagged down, but I don't really feel that the Rica version is all that.

It is good I admit, especially during the individual character shots, but I also like the original version with Yusuke as well, if not slightly more. Either way, I just like the song and everything that encompasses it in general. One of the better Pokemon openings, in my opinion.

Wait what? Rica version of Volt are also out too? Strange I can't find the link....

I already heard it, and man, Rica is an awesome singer! She really puts energy into this song, it sounds like the definitive version V (Volt). Her voice is really suited for this song, much more than Yusuke's. I wish this version was sang for the OPs instead.

Rica's vocals are way better than Yuusuke's but I don't like how abruptly it ends.

Rica's obviously the more talented singer, but I have to agree with the consensus that the arrangement is just weird. I don't mind the beats but the weird disembodied voices in the background are just...odd. They reminded me of vocaloids, it was kind of a strange experience. The version I listened was quite LQ but I do like how it's way less autotuned (not that Rica needs it but still). I want to see a more stripped version.

Those "disembodied voices" most likely belong to J Dee'Z seeing as how this remix is being done for their first CD release.

That's because you're listening to a bad bootleg off the Internet. You should get the CD and listen to the full version instead.

Yes! a version of the song where the singer is'nt crap. I love rica, and her version is better. Yuusuke's live version still makes me shudder, the main reason why they autotune his song.
