Vote for your Favourite Pokemon

Hi Everyone,

With Pokemon X and Y so close I thought it’d be a great idea to try and find the top 100 favourite pokemon from the first 5 gens. I’m trying to get as many people to vote for their favourite pokemon and get an accurate top 100 favourite pokemon.

The voting video explains how to vote, but I’ll give you an overview. Your vote will only count if it is commented on the video. (Any comments here won’t be counted.) You have to choose 5 pokemon to vote for and you have to rank them 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. You can’t vote for any more than 5 pokemon and you can’t vote for any less. You can’t rank 2 pokemon in the same position. Each pokemon you vote for will score points, 5 points for 1st and 1 point for 5th. The top 100 pokemon are decided by the points scored. You can only vote once per youtube account.

Voting closes on the 10th October, so no votes after this time will be counted.

I think it's fine if you want to do it yourself, but can't you just look at the Permanent "What Is Your Favorite Pokemon" thread?

The voting is open to everyone that wants to vote (providing they have a youtube/google+ account) and not just limited to these forums (like the "What Is Your Favorite Pokemon" thread). The format of the voting is different in the way that you rank your favourite 5 pokemon, not just voting for your favourite/favourites. The pokemon score points from the votes, which gives a much more accurate representation of everyone's favourite pokemon with a much wider spread of pokemon voted for.

Just wanted to say, I think the favorite pokemon of Youtube will be significantly different than the favorite pokemon of Bulbagarden. Less Manectric and Charizard here.
