Which unevolved fox Pokemon is your favorite?


For me it's Vulpix > Zorua > Fennekin.
 
In my opinion, we don't know enough about Fennekin to make a truly sound judgement.

However, based on appearance alone -

1. Vulpix
2. Fennekin
3. Zorua
 
As much as I adore Fennekin, i'd have to say Zorua.

I'd always loved gimmicks. Especially the shape-shifting sort. And it doesn't really seem like they'd give a starter a cool gimmick, soo...
 
I don't really care about Vulpix, and while I like Zorua, I know I am going to like Fennekin more. So, Fennekin it is.
 
As much as I adore Vulpix and Zorua, I have to say Fennekin is the cutest of the three. I just love those big ears and the creamy yellow fur! And its big eyes!

... um, anyways.

To make a good judgement I'd need to know more of Fennekin beyond simply what it looks like. I'd like to know about its concept mostly, as I'm pretty sure as an starter it must have some idea going on, but I don't have a clue outside wild speculation.

So taking this into account I'd say Zorua. I really, really like the concept behind it. The design is nice, and how is it integrated into gameplay is fantastic.


... however, Fennekin is adorable. I love how it looks.


I never cared much about Vulpix, to be honest. I like it, but not enough it stands out. Ninetales is a really great pokémon, on the other hand.
 
For myself, design wise is Vulpix > Fennekin > Zorua, but like Confidemus said, we don't know enough to make a stats-comparison as of yet.
 
Since we don't know Fennekin's stat's yet, I can't fully compare them battle wise, but design-wise , I'm gonna say Vulpix. After that Fennekin and then Zorua after that. I like Zoroark more.
 
Vulpix. Mostly because of Brock's Vulpix in the anime. I was going to say Fennekin, but I really don't know enough about it to judge it. Plus, Fennekin seems plain. And I just don't like Zorua. I can't explain it, but I just feel really negatively towards Zorua. The sprite's smile freaks me out.
 
Ninetales is actually my favorite pokemon for a long time.
Yet, as much as I love Ninetales, if talking about the unevolved form,
1. Fennekin
2. Vulpix
3. Zorua
 
Since I very rarely judge based on design alone, Fennekin pretty much gets an automatic 3rd place with me right now. Sorry guys.

That leaves just Vulpix and Zorua, and I often find Illusion more helpful in battles than Flash Fire or even Drought so the tricky Dark type fox gets my vote here.
 
I'll have to go with Vulpix for this one. First of all, for some reason Zorua never truly grew on me, though I suppose I'm fine with it... but Fennekin? Based on appearance, that would be a no. I just can't stand that conceited little smile, I'm sorry. ^^ However, I once used a Vulpix/Ninetales as a starter replacement in BW2, so you could say that I'm a bit biased.
 
Fennekin is one of the best starters I've ever seen. Sorry Vulpix.
 
This one is hard... I love both Vulpix and Zorua and as of now, Fennekin is the Generation VI starter that piqued my interest the most, even with its huge disproportional head. :< Well, I guess will go with Vulpix, I always loved it and shiny Ninetales is one of the prettiest things in existence. Sorry, Zorua, I love you and Zoroark too.
 
It's close between Zorua and Vulpix, but I prefer Zorua over the other two. Ever since I saw it in the 13th movie and anime I completely fell in love with it. I love its attacks and that it has the illusion Ability. I use Zorua and Vulpix in-game, but Zorua a lot more. Fennekin I like, but nowhere near as much as Zorua.
