Yes, I want that pokemon that Bozo brought to the Pokeworld, TRUTH. I got a pretty decent Lugia from HG. It's lvl 70, Timid with decent IVs.
 
Can you post the IVs of this Lugia? I have TRUTH but I'll only trade it for a Pokémon with worthwhile IVs.
