WANT - Awesome Persian or Meowth

I have always wanted a Persian or Meowth with a good nature and stats but I've found it really hard to create one myself. If anyone has what I'm looking for, please contact me. I could also use some advice on how to breed it to get more with similar characteristics.

I saw this trade section on Bulbapedia's News section and thought that someone on here might be able to help me so I signed up - hopefully I shall not be disappointed.

I am willing to offer from quite a large range of pokémon and I am open to negotiation but I have some pokemon that I will very willingly trade:
Dusklops
Banette
Slakoth
Phione
Wailmer
Torkoal
And more...

I'm not good at pokemon breeding so I'm not too sure. On that link you posted it said "jolly". Is that a suggested nature? How does this affect it's growth?
 
That would be great if you can. Would you breed it from scratch?
 
Wow, you're one of those nice people that are hard to find on the internet. I'm sure I can get you something better than a Starly though...
 
I would give you a jolly one from scratch, say, in, a few hours? And anything, at least if it's a male shiny.
