WANT - DW Politoed or Poliwag?

Hi all,

I'm looking to eventually get a Politoed with its Dream World ability (Drizzle).

It doesn't look like that can be attained, but you CAN get a Poliwag from the Dream World after 10,000 pts.

I'm wondering:

A) Will a DW Poliwag evolve into a Politoed with Drizzle?

B) If so, does anyone have either a DW Poliwag or Politoed with Drizzle to offer me???
