in looking for some flawless pokes with IVs all 31 or close to all 31
i can offer some shines
 
I don't think I have any, but I might. I'm posting this because I am hoping you can explain how to check IV's.
 
I have a Flawless Shiny Jolly Male Ralts and a Flawless Shiny Jolly Beldum
 
Impish: 29/31/29/31/8/5

Hardy: 31/28/x/31/x/31

I have these bagons i bred, but the Natures are CRAP
