Want IV bred deino, fire stone

I'm looking for a couple things here. First, I am in need of a fire stone. Normally that's not a big issue, but I can't entralink with anyone to grow my Black City up enough again to the point where I can buy one there, and I have no more to get from other locations in my game. For that I can trade some other stones if you like. I have a couple extra Everstones or a spare Shiny Stone, just let me know.

The bigger need I have is for a male Deino UT with 31 IV's in HP, Special Attack, and Speed. 31/x/x/31/x/31, Modest nature, and the egg move Dark Pulse. The egg move is what makes this hard for me to get as it requires some gen 4 activity as well, and I only have one DS. Now for the offering, if you can get me a Deino with the right nature, IV's, and egg move I have all of these to trade:

Trained - It has a few junk EVs which I could remove with Berries for you if you like. However, as far as I can recall it has gained most of its levels in the Daycare Centre.

This Deino comes close to meeting your requirements. I am willing to trade it for your Larvesta holding a Shiny Stone. If you like, I can breed you a newborn male Deino that meets your requirements absolutely (i.e. as above but with IVs of 31/x/x/31/x/31, no guarantees of good IVs in Atk, Def or SpDef), but then I will require one of your shinies. I need you to tell me whether to your knowledge the shinies have ever been cloned, or have been hacked or RNG'd. If they have ever been cloned, or if they have been hacked or RNG'd, then they are no good to me.

Edit: To clarify, if I receive one of your shinies in trade then I do not require it to be holding the Shiny Stone.

I am positive it is not hacked, so it must have been RNG'd. I was unaware of that and will agree to trading back the Deino. Would there be anything else I could offer to trade back instead?

If the Snorunt is not RNG'd then I will accept it instead. To find out whether it is likely RNG'd, go to the central hall of Gear Station and talk to the Ace Trainer near the entrance. Select the Snorunt. If he lists all 6 stats (or all of them except its off Attack stat) and then says "It can't be better in that regard", then its IVs are 31/31/31/31/31/31 and it is RNG'd.

I am positive that the other shinies listed are not RNG'd as they have regular IV's, for example the level 16 eevee is "decent" and it's defense is only "fantastic." Would anything else from the list suffice? Perhaps some of the legendaries? Although I did not originally want to trade them I have most of the other legendaries available except for Deoxys.
