You can get Leftovers pretty easily ingame. You can find them in a trash can on the Village Bridge. As well, starting on Saturday, you can trade a Cinccino for a Munchlax in Undella Town, and the Munchlax will be holding Lefties.

I can get ou as many leftovers as you want because i've traded with all my friends for their leftovers. I really want a shiny ev'd pokemon.. If you want, I can get you two deinos holding Leftovers.

Well I recently picked up a shiny (either naughty or naive I can't remember right this sec) Ponyta that I could EV train for you. Would you want that? I would love two Deinos holding Leftovers.
