All i have wanted for a long time is a Lugia. If anyone can help i don't have anything spectacular to offer but i do have some good stuff. It can be hacked i just don't want it to mess up my game.

I can offer a High leveled Rayquaza or a High leveled lapras and many other things i will also trade any of these for a Ho-Oh
