Title says it all, besides the fact I have Black and with the removal of the Move Tutor, Icy Wind Gengar is out of reach. Besides that I lost SoulSilver. I'm willing to trade NEARLY anything...name your demands. I am 1764 2656 7207.

May I suggest hidden power: ice? At 70 power and 100 accuracy, it would only lose the speed drop.

The speed drop is a part of Gengar's strategy and synergy with the rest of my team, but at 40 Power a full HP Ice doesn't seem like such a bad idea. It just means more breeding for me...unless I edit the title?

Acutally, it would be easier to get you an icy wind gastly for me. But as the move can't be passed down in any way, it would probably be less powerful than a proper IVd one, even though the difference in the attack's power is only 15.

Really? Huh, I thought Icy Wind was only 40 Power...well, that kind of evens out the scale. Remodifying the title.
 
They want Icy Wind, Vixana. Stop trying to change their mind; just because HP Ice is more powerful doesn't mean they have to have that instead. -_-"
 
Last I checked it was changed to HP ice, so I asked. Had to be sure of what to give out.
 
I put them there to show what the difference is, after his comment about icy wind's power. I would have thought it to be looked up at that point.

Either way, I really can offer an icy wind gastly/haunter.

Gastly is fine, since I need its EVs clean and with the removal of berries without the Dream World in BW, I can't take away EVs with the corresponding berries. I can offer:

Weezing - Lvl.100
Japanese Zoroark - Lvl.74
Blaziken - Lvl.58
Six Zoruas - Lvl.1 each (no EVs)
A LOT of Spiritombs (as in two full boxes a lot) - Lvl.1 each (no EVs)
Roserade - Lvl.100
Aerodactyl (fresh from the fossil) - Lvl.25 (no EVs)
Shiny Latias (Yes, I'm giving that away for a Gastly) - Lvl.100 (Random EVs)

Shiny Latias...I'm really desperate, right? If you want anything else, I'll check if I can get it but these are all my best offers. Oh, huh, your trades come with Pokerus? This is a dream come true. And, I'm not trying to be annoying but is it Mild? Since Icy Wind doesn't pass down through breeding, I sort of need the right nature.

Well, I'll be sure to get it mild, all I really know is that I have a gastly. But yeah, I give out pokerus, as it's just great.
