I have a naive one. What moves does the Magnezone have, and what is it's EV spread?

Ubermensch : lock on, magnet bomb, discharge, flash cannon... i can teach it moves if you want me to, i have many tm's
and i'm not to sure on the ev spread i forgot :/

either 252 HP / 96 Def / 162 SpD or 172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe or 40 Atk / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
