Contrary Snivy is unreleased atm. i know you can get them into X and Y but i don't know about trading, that might be the problem you are experiencing.

You cant trade any of the Johto/Unova starters with their hidden abilities. It will say something along the lines of "One Pokemon in the other persons party cannot be traded" regardless whether its actually in their party or in their boxes. Same goes for some other illegitimate stuff. Although its 100% legit a fused Kyurem cannot be traded either. Also there really are no loopholes. They cant be deposited/traded on the GTS and if you put them in the daycare and trade the unhatched eggs the offspring will never have their HA. The only real way is trading it in a gen 5 game and then transferring it to gen 6. Breeding the illegitimate stuff in gen 5 will also not produce offspring with HAs however.

So in short sorry Icike but only half your offer can be done.

If they are female in gen 5 they wont pass it on and both males and females havent either. I had someone hack me in all the Johto and Unova starters in gen 5 with their HAs and all female. They collectively produced over a hundred eggs and not a single one produced offspring had their respective HAs.

i did not know the gen 5 starters did not have their ha released
i gave my cartridge to my cousin(b'cuz he refused to trade me directly and now i know why) and he gave me the cartridge back with the HA's in box 1
you see i am super new to pokemon and dont know much(i started playing pokemon about september last year)
just yesterday asked my brother and he told me he had actually hacked them in
i dont like illegitimate stuff(except for diancie cuz i cant wait for it to release officially, i asked for one on bulbagarden but now i know that diancie also cannot be traded)
