i can offer a life orb of some sort, many other items just list what you would like

for ev training, i have an abundant amount of ev trained pokemon you may clone
and some shinies and legends
 
yeah i do, they're ev'd
but not flawless, they're 31 in what needs to be 31
and some are close
ie. my lucario has over 26 IV's in attack and speed etc
i have some 31's though
