Want-Ranger Event Pokemon

As the title says, I want two Pokemon obtained through Pokemon Ranger. They are:

Riolu that knows Aura Sphere
Manaphy Egg (See below)

Regarding the Manaphy: mainly, I just want a low-leveled Manaphy to transfer to HeartGold. It would be NICE to get the egg BUT NOT NECESSARY. If you have a Manaphy below or at level 20, I'll accept that too.

I can offer these Pokemon:

Wishmaker Jirachi (with Ganlon of Salac Berry-your choice)
All starters except Gen. I, II, and IV grass-types
Beldum
Feebas
Other semi-rare Pokemon

If none of these sound good to you and you have one of these two, tell me. We might be able to work something out.
