But seriouly, I do have one with a Bold nature and Focus Blast as an egg move at level one. If you don't mind the wait, I'll try to breed some more for an adamant one.
Though personally, I think Lucario is better as a SpAtk Pokemon.

Hatching it from the egg helps (they start happier), but if you want the specific nature then that's not going to be much help, so just give it a Soothe Bell, get it massages, and level. I evolved the first one you get in the game after two days (two massages) and about... fifteen levels, I wanna say.
