It is possible, provided you used someone else's ID/SID in the RNGing programs, to breed an egg that will hatch shiny on another person's game.
And yes, I specified RNGed because that's the only way this project will get done. I will get the egg extensively hack-checked after receiving it. Don't bother trying to trade hacks. It'll just get you in trouble.
