If you can't tell by my username, Whiscash is my favorite Pokemon. I want a shiny Barboach, as low level as possible. I don't want a hacked Barboach - if I wanted that, I'd just do it myself. Cloned is okay, though.

I have an extra shiny Dialga from the event. I haven't even picked it up yet, so I can get a certain nature if you want.
