I'm looking for a Shiny Rotom, clones accepted, I can offer Shiny Rattata, Cyndaquil and Eevee!

(Also looking for a cloner, if you can cloner, I can offer a different selection of shinys.)

i got it for a dragonite or or somthing a while ago but i never use it would love an eevee if you have one in generation 4 for move tutoring but rotom is in generation 5 but cant do it till 5 ish as im only home for dinner
