Guys, hello i am having an issue. I am trying to register as a league organizer so i can get my country(Greece) in the Play! Pokemon programm. Since there is no league near us and we are not into the programm i need to contact them via http://support.pokemon.com/ and send them info on the venue i intend to organize the event as well as the events i wish to organize. The only way i can do that is via asking them a question at http://support.pokemon.com/ but when i log in and try to do so i get this message: ''Your System Default Service Level Agreement does not include the Ticket Feature'' . Can you please:
-Explain to me what this freaking message means
?
-If i cannot solve this write on my behalf and ask them to communicate with me via the following e-mail ( [email protected] ) ?
-Tell me any other way to communicate with them?
